Overview

Rapid Fulfillment Inc. provides fulfillment, logistics, and product services to businesses and customers. Due to the nature of fulfillment, warehousing, and shipped goods, all sales are subject to the terms below.


1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process (picked, packed, or shipped), it cannot be canceled.


2. Returns Eligibility (Physical Products)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable / non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom-branded / white-label products

  • Final sale or clearance items


4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

If there is an issue caused by fulfillment:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Lost package

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

We will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item

  • Issue a refund

  • File a claim with the carrier


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email: support@rapidfulfillment.com

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo proof (if damaged/incorrect)

  3. Wait for Return Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


7. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15–25% may apply depending on product type and condition.

(This is standard in fulfillment to cover handling, inspection, and inventory reprocessing.)


8. Refund Processing

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

We may issue:

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit


9. Fulfillment & Service Fees (Important)

All fulfillment-related fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Pick & pack fees

  • Storage fees

  • Shipping/postage costs

  • Account setup or onboarding deposits

These are operational services already rendered.


10. Deposits & Prepayments

All deposits (including onboarding or fulfillment credits):

  • Non-refundable

  • Applied toward future services and orders


11. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend accounts

  • Provide documentation to dispute claims

  • Recover associated fees


12. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order or using RapidFulfillment.com services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
