Structured Receiving
Incoming inventory must be counted, identified and entered correctly. Receiving accuracy establishes the inventory record that downstream fulfillment depends on.
See how specialized peptide fulfillment infrastructure can connect inventory receiving, refrigerated storage when applicable, lot and batch organization, order processing, pick and pack, and shipping within one operational workflow.
Rapid Fulfillment provides third-party logistics, warehousing, inventory management and fulfillment services.

A growing research peptide business needs more than somewhere to put inventory. Products have to be received accurately, organized by SKU, associated with the correct lots or batches, stored according to product requirements, connected to ecommerce orders and moved through a repeatable shipping workflow.
Rapid Fulfillment provides the physical logistics infrastructure behind that process. The objective is straightforward: give peptide companies an operational backend capable of supporting inventory from warehouse receiving through outbound fulfillment.
The GLP-1 Research Lab relationship demonstrates how a research-focused peptide business can use dedicated fulfillment infrastructure rather than building and managing every warehouse function internally.
Peptide fulfillment combines ordinary ecommerce logistics with additional inventory, documentation, storage and shipping considerations. The exact workflow depends on the products being handled and the client's requirements.
Incoming inventory must be counted, identified and entered correctly. Receiving accuracy establishes the inventory record that downstream fulfillment depends on.
One peptide SKU can contain inventory from multiple lots. Tracking the SKU answers what the product is; lot and batch tracking identifies which production inventory is physically being stored and fulfilled.
Not every peptide program has identical storage requirements. Where product specifications call for refrigeration, Rapid Fulfillment can support controlled 2–8°C storage for applicable client inventory.
Inventory can be managed using FEFO practices where appropriate so expiration-aware inventory is considered when selecting stock for fulfillment.
Once orders enter the fulfillment workflow, inventory is picked, packed and prepared for shipment according to the agreed product, packaging and service requirements.
Connecting warehouse inventory with order activity gives growing brands better visibility into stock levels and replenishment needs than disconnected manual spreadsheets and order processing.
The goal is to create one connected workflow from the moment approved client inventory reaches the warehouse through the moment an order leaves for delivery.
Define SKUs, sales channels, storage requirements, packaging needs and shipping workflow.
Client inventory arrives at the fulfillment operation for receiving and organization.
Inventory is organized around applicable SKUs, strengths, lots and batches.
Products are placed into the appropriate agreed storage workflow, including refrigeration where applicable.
Supported ecommerce and order systems connect customer orders with warehouse fulfillment.
Warehouse staff pick applicable inventory and prepare each order for shipment.
Orders enter the agreed carrier and shipping workflow, including cold-chain options where required.
Fulfillment activity and inventory levels support ongoing stock and replenishment planning.
The distinction between a product SKU and a lot is particularly important. A SKU identifies a specific product or variation. Multiple units of that SKU may have been produced or received under different lots or batches.
That means a warehouse may show adequate stock for a particular SKU while still needing to know which lot is being picked. Lot-level organization adds another layer of inventory visibility beyond simply knowing the total number of units available.

Peptide storage and shipping requirements should be determined from the specifications applicable to the actual product. Rapid Fulfillment does not assume every peptide requires refrigeration or that every SKU should use the same shipping procedure.
For applicable programs, Rapid Fulfillment can incorporate controlled 2–8°C refrigerated storage into the broader inventory and fulfillment workflow.

General 3PL providers vary widely in capability. The relevant question is not whether a warehouse calls itself a 3PL; it is whether its operational workflow supports the specific inventory, storage, documentation and shipping requirements of your peptide program.
| Operational Requirement | General Ecommerce Workflow | Rapid Peptide Fulfillment Workflow |
|---|---|---|
| SKU Inventory | Common 3PL capability | Supported |
| Lot / Batch Organization | Capability varies by provider | Supported for peptide workflows |
| Expiration-Aware Rotation | Capability varies | FEFO where applicable |
| Refrigerated Storage | Not universally available | 2–8°C when applicable |
| Peptide Inventory Experience | Depends on provider | Dedicated peptide fulfillment workflows |
| COA / Documentation Workflow | Capability varies | Documentation coordination available |
| Ecommerce Integration | Common | Shopify, WooCommerce & additional integrations |
| D2C & B2B Fulfillment | Provider dependent | Available depending on program |

Outsourcing fulfillment allows a research peptide company to use existing logistics infrastructure rather than continuously expanding its own warehouse operation as order volume and inventory complexity increase.
Avoid making every increase in order volume a warehouse expansion project involving additional storage, packing areas, equipment and fulfillment staffing.
Ecommerce integration reduces dependence on manually transferring orders between storefronts and warehouse operations.
A defined receiving, inventory, fulfillment and shipping workflow gives growing companies a repeatable operating structure as order activity changes.

Qualified companies applying to Rapid Fulfillment through the GLP-1 Research Lab relationship receive instant approval for the Rapid Fulfillment program. After approval, the operational setup still needs to be configured around the company's products, inventory, storage requirements, ecommerce platform, packaging and shipping needs.
Yes. Rapid Fulfillment supports controlled 2–8°C refrigerated storage for applicable client-owned peptide inventory. Storage requirements should be established according to the specifications applicable to the client's products; Rapid Fulfillment does not assume that every peptide product requires refrigeration.
Yes. Peptide inventory can be organized using SKU, lot and batch information as part of the client's fulfillment workflow. This is different from basic SKU tracking because multiple units of the same SKU may belong to different production lots or batches that need to remain separately identifiable.
FEFO means First Expired, First Out. Where applicable, FEFO inventory management prioritizes inventory according to expiration rather than simply the date inventory arrived at the warehouse. This differs from FIFO, or First In, First Out, which primarily uses receiving order to determine inventory rotation.
Yes. Rapid Fulfillment supports Shopify integration as part of its ecommerce fulfillment capabilities. Connecting the storefront with the fulfillment workflow allows eligible customer orders to move into warehouse processing while supporting better coordination between ecommerce activity and physical inventory.
Yes. WooCommerce is supported along with Shopify and additional ecommerce, shopping-cart and order-management integrations. Integration requirements vary by the client's technology stack and should be reviewed during account setup.
