Standard Fulfillment Pricing (2026)
These are Rapid Fulfillment's standard ecommerce fulfillment rates, for brands that send their own finished products to our warehouse. Orders are picked and packed the same day, there is no monthly membership fee or minimum, and per-order rates drop as your monthly volume grows.
Standard ecommerce fulfillment
Rates are from Rapid's 2026 Standard Fulfillment Agreement, Schedule C. Per-order rates are tiered by monthly orders, based on the orders shipped in the previous calendar month. Postage is billed separately at Rapid's carrier rates, which start at $5.02 per package (DHL SmartMail Parcel Expedited, up to 4 oz, zones 1–2).

Receiving
Deliveries of 6 pallets or fewer, express box deliveries and outbound pallet shipments are billed as labor at $35 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum. Larger deliveries are charged per truck:

We'll beat any written fulfillment quote by 5%
Bring us an official quote from another fulfillment provider and Rapid will price your fees at least 5% below it, compared like for like, and lock that price for your first 12 months. The guarantee covers every Rapid program: standard fulfillment, research peptide fulfillment, private label dropshipping and trading card fulfillment.
How it works
- Send your quote. Mention it when you request a quote, or email it to sales@rapidfulfillment.com.
- We compare like for like. Same program, same monthly orders, items per order, storage and returns.
- Sign at 5% less. Your price-beat rate is written into your agreement and locked for 12 months.
Terms
- Eligible quotes. A written quote, proposal or rate card issued to your company by another fulfillment provider and dated within the last 30 days, or your most recent invoice from your current provider. It must show the provider's name and its fees, and be for the same type of service (for example, a peptide quote must include comparable cold storage and handling).

What we compare. Total monthly fees for the same order profile, for services Rapid provides under the matching agreement:
- Standard fulfillment: pick and pack, extra picks, packaging, storage, returns, receiving, and recurring account fees or minimums.
- Peptide fulfillment: the same, plus cold storage, materials and vial labeling.
- Private label dropshipping: picking, inserts, storage, returns and shipping by weight band, because shipping is part of that program's price.
- Trading card fulfillment: intake, redemption, storage and monthly minimums.
- What's left out. Postage (except for dropshipping, as above), private label product costs, freight, duties, insurance and one-time project work. If a quote bundles postage into one fee (Amazon MCF, Flexport or Simpl, for example), we compare it with Rapid's fees plus Rapid's postage for the same orders. Introductory or time-limited rates are compared at their average over 12 months.
- How your price is set. If Rapid's published rates are already 5% or more below the quote, you get the published rates. Otherwise Rapid applies a price-beat discount to the same fee categories, written into your agreement, so your total is at least 5% below the quote. The discount percentage stays the same if your volume changes.
- How long it lasts. 12 months from your first shipment. After that, Rapid's published rates for your program apply, with 30 days' written notice of any change.
- Who qualifies. New clients in any Rapid program who share the quote before signing; one price beat per account per program.
- Verification. Rapid may ask for the full quote or invoice, and may decline a quote it can't verify or one that would price the service below Rapid's cost. If we decline, we'll tell you in writing within 2 business days and you're under no obligation.
- Combines with the $500 deposit waiver for standard fulfillment brands switching from another 3PL.
Specialty programs: separate agreements, separate pricing
The standard rates above do not apply to the programs below. Each runs under its own agreement and rate schedule, because the products need different handling, storage or supply. The Price Beat Guarantee covers these programs too.

Research peptide cold-storage fulfillment
Rates from Rapid's 2026 peptide fulfillment rate schedule. These apply only to accounts under Rapid's Peptide Fulfillment Agreement, not to standard fulfillment. Postage and carrier charges are billed separately. Returns services are not offered for research-use-only peptides.

Rates for Rapid's nutra and beauty dropshipping program, where Rapid stores, packs and ships private label products under your brand. These apply only to accounts under Rapid's Nutra & Beauty Agreement, not to standard fulfillment. Product costs are quoted separately per product.

Separate programTrading card fulfillment: raw, slab and sealed
Rates from Rapid's Trading Card Fulfillment Services schedule (the Card Program). These apply only to card inventory under that schedule, not to standard fulfillment. Every item gets a unique ID at intake; raw cards are imaged front and back, and slabs and sealed product are verified by barcode. Orders ship white-label under your brand.

- Monthly minimum: $75, credited against that month's intake, redemption and storage fees, and charged only in months when your cards are in Rapid's custody.
- Postage: billed at Rapid's actual carrier cost, with no markup.
- Service levels: 99.9% pick accuracy verified against intake images, weekly randomized inventory counts, cards fully insured in custody, sleeved in airtight bins with humidity and temperature control.
- Hours: card intake and fulfillment run 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week.

Pricing FAQ
Do standard rates apply to peptide, private label or trading card fulfillment?
No. The standard rates on this page apply to brands that send their own finished products to Rapid under the Standard Fulfillment Agreement. Peptide fulfillment, private label dropshipping, trading card fulfillment and other specialty programs have separate agreements and pricing, shown in the specialty programs section.
Will Rapid beat a quote from another fulfillment provider?
Yes, for every Rapid program: standard fulfillment, peptide fulfillment, private label dropshipping and trading card fulfillment. Share a written quote dated within the last 30 days, or your latest invoice, from another provider for the same type of service. Rapid will price your fees at least 5% below it, compared like for like, and lock that price for 12 months. The offer is for new clients; see the Price Beat Guarantee terms above.
Is there a monthly minimum?
Standard fulfillment has no monthly minimum or membership fee; accounts that ship fewer than 100 orders of their own inventory in a month pay a $49 account software and maintenance fee for that month. Private label dropshipping has no monthly order minimum. The trading card program has a $75 monthly minimum, credited against that month's card fees.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. Security deposits ($500 for standard fulfillment, $1,500 for peptide fulfillment, $500 for private label dropshipping) are held against your account, and any unused balance is refunded after final reconciliation.
Do you waive the deposit if I switch from another 3PL?
Yes. Rapid waives the $500 standard fulfillment security deposit for brands moving their fulfillment from another 3PL. Share a recent invoice from your current provider when you sign.
How is my per-order rate tier set?
Standard fulfillment rates are tiered by monthly orders. Your tier for the month is set by the orders Rapid shipped for you in the previous calendar month; your first month uses the estimated volume in your agreement.
Is postage included in the fulfillment rates?
No for standard, peptide and trading card fulfillment: postage is billed separately (trading card postage at actual carrier cost with no markup). Private label dropshipping lists domestic shipping by weight band, plus a $0.45 fuel surcharge.
Can rates change?
Rates are subject to change with 30 days' written notice, as set out in the service agreements.
