Bundled shipping prices require the same weight, dimensions, destinations and delivery service before comparison with Rapid’s warehouse fees plus postage. Use the calculator to estimate Rapid’s warehouse fees, then request a complete matched quote.

When Amazon MCF may fit
If you already hold inventory in Amazon’s network, compare the operational value of that stock pool with a separate Rapid account. Use the same delivery expectation in both proposals.
What to ask both providers
- Which current rate-card tier fits my packed unit and order quantity?
- Which seasonal and fuel charges apply on the shipping date?
- What storage, preparation, returns and packaging rules apply to my items?
Questions before you choose a 3PL
Which Amazon MCF rate period applies now?
Use Amazon’s current published card. The holiday period runs October 15, 2026 through January 14, 2027; confirm the applicable size, weight, service and surcharges.
Is Rapid always cheaper than Amazon MCF?
No. The result depends on your order mix, storage, shipping and contracted service scope. Use matched written quotes; calculator examples do not establish a universal price advantage.
What should I send for a matched comparison?
Share monthly orders, items per order or order mix, SKU count, inventory footprint, packed weights and dimensions, destinations and your current quote. Remove customer personal information from sample files.
Do the standard rates cover specialty products?
No. Peptide fulfillment, private label dropshipping, trading cards and other specialty programs use separate agreements and pricing.
How do I move inventory without duplicating orders?
Agree on inventory release, receiving, SKU mapping and test orders before cutover. Assign responsibility for open orders and reconcile both warehouses during the move.
Compare the quote. Then choose the fit.
Bring your order mix, packed dimensions, inventory needs and current proposal. Rapid can prepare a matched quote and a practical transition plan.
Switching standard fulfillment accounts may qualify for the $500 deposit waiver. Review pricing and offer terms.
