Rapid vs eFulfillment Service: Fees & Pricing Plans

The EFS Standard Plus component schedule lists $1.15 per order/carton plus $0.35 for every item and $25 weekly support. Rapid’s rate structure differs, so compare the same order and inventory mix.

When EFS may fit

For a compact catalog, compare actual storage usage and your offered EFS plan. A different plan or a small number of bins can change the result.

What to ask both providers

  • Which EFS pricing plan is attached to my agreement?
  • Does the item fee apply to every item or only additional items under that plan?
  • How are bins, overflow storage, packaging and weekly charges billed?

Questions before you choose a 3PL

Is Rapid always cheaper than EFS?

No. The result depends on your order mix, storage, shipping and contracted service scope. Use matched written quotes; calculator examples do not establish a universal price advantage.

What should I send for a matched comparison?

Share monthly orders, items per order or order mix, SKU count, inventory footprint, packed weights and dimensions, destinations and your current quote. Remove customer personal information from sample files.

Do the standard rates cover specialty products?

No. Peptide fulfillment, private label dropshipping, trading cards and other specialty programs use separate agreements and pricing.

How do I move inventory without duplicating orders?

Agree on inventory release, receiving, SKU mapping and test orders before cutover. Assign responsibility for open orders and reconcile both warehouses during the move.
