When Shipfusion may fit

If you are scaling volume, compare the complete proposals and the operating support included. Request the same inventory footprint and order mix from both teams.

What to ask both providers

  • Which volume and order mix qualify for the rates in my quote?
  • What storage, return and account charges sit outside pick fees?
  • How will pricing change as my volume or packaging needs change?

Questions before you choose a 3PL

Is Rapid always cheaper than Shipfusion?

No. The result depends on your order mix, storage, shipping and contracted service scope. Use matched written quotes; calculator examples do not establish a universal price advantage.

What should I send for a matched comparison?

Share monthly orders, items per order or order mix, SKU count, inventory footprint, packed weights and dimensions, destinations and your current quote. Remove customer personal information from sample files.

Do the standard rates cover specialty products?

No. Peptide fulfillment, private label dropshipping, trading cards and other specialty programs use separate agreements and pricing.

How do I move inventory without duplicating orders?

Agree on inventory release, receiving, SKU mapping and test orders before cutover. Assign responsibility for open orders and reconcile both warehouses during the move.
