What is live shopping fulfillment?
Live shopping fulfillment connects products sold during a stream to the correct buyer shipment. It includes inventory identification, receiving, storage, picking, packing, label handling, and shipment records. For collectibles, individual item identity can matter as much as SKU quantity.

A workflow built around your selling model
Rapid can evaluate inventory held at the warehouse, products sold from your own studio, and post-stream handoffs. These require different receiving and shipping arrangements. Share where the goods are during the stream so we can scope a realistic service.
For high-value cards, discuss packing footage, retention, item-to-order records, and carrier acceptance evidence before onboarding. Any dedicated recording service must be agreed in your fulfillment scope.

Share products, monthly shipments, peak show volume, average items per shipment, and inventory location.
2. Confirm order and labels
Review your Whatnot or Shopify setup, shipment records, label source, and any Bring Your Own Label approval.
3. Pilot the handoff
Agree a test process for receiving, order matching, packaging, exceptions, and tracking before scaling.
Whatnot labels and shipping rules
Whatnot generally requires its own shipping labels unless a seller has approval for Bring Your Own Label. Shopify documents Whatnot order syncing and label availability, with third-party Shopify fulfillment available for approved BYOL sellers. Your account permissions and warehouse workflow need review; this page does not promise a native Rapid–Whatnot integration.

Good packing and shipment records support your shipping operation. Insurance eligibility, covered value, exclusions, and claims requirements must be reviewed separately.

Can Rapid help with trading cards and slabs?
Rapid offers trading-card fulfillment planning, including raw-card identification, graded slabs, sealed products, and associated inventory workflows. Your handling requirements are reviewed in the quote.
Can several live purchases ship together?
The warehouse must follow the final approved marketplace shipment record. Bundling and label changes should be completed through the permitted marketplace workflow before packing.
Do you provide 75-day packing footage retention?
Whatnot’s guidance for high-value cards from breaks and surprise sets calls for continuous packing footage retained for at least 75 days. Ask us to evaluate this requirement; recording and retention are not included automatically.
What does fulfillment cost?
Your quote depends on receiving effort, inventory complexity, storage, shipment volume, items per shipment, packaging, and any additional verification or recording requirements.
