Once an order is processed, it is immediately routed for fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, shipping responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If issues arise:

  • Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier

  • Marked β€œDelivered” but not received β†’ contact the carrier directly first

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee carrier performance
