How much does peptide fulfillment cost
Rapid Fulfillment’s October 2026 peptide rate schedule lists $1.95 per order for packing and the first pick, plus $0.60 per additional pick. Your total also depends on labeling, materials, shipping and applicable services. For held inventory, cold storage is $350 per month and freezer bins are $149 once; both charges are excluded for POD accounts. A separate $1,500 refundable security deposit is required.

POD and held inventory have different fixed costs
POD accounts are exempt from the listed $350 monthly cold-storage fee and $149 one-time freezer-bin charge. Labeling, receiving, technical work and other applicable services can still be billed. Confirm that your supplier-supported or dropshipping arrangement qualifies for POD pricing.
For client-owned inventory, budget for applicable storage, bins and receiving. At 500 monthly orders, $350 in storage allocates to $0.70 per order; at 1,000 orders, it allocates to $0.35. For hybrid accounts, request a breakdown separating stocked-inventory charges from POD charges.
Shipping rates and temperature requirements
The October rate card lists the following FedEx Express 2-Day postage amounts using required FedEx-branded packaging. These are shipping line items, not complete fulfillment prices.

FedEx-branded packaging is listed as free for this service. It is distinct from the separately priced generic small box, mailers and other materials. Final shipping charges, carrier rates and applicable surcharges are subject to the current quote and shipment details.
A two-day service name does not establish an end-to-end temperature guarantee. Define the approved product requirements, package, transit conditions and any insulation, coolant or monitoring before shipping. Do not treat these examples as a validated packout for every peptide.
Two illustrative peptide fulfillment budgets
These selected-charge examples assume approved packouts and eligible parcel insurance. They exclude product purchases, taxes, unlisted materials or services, and later carrier-rate changes. Required temperature-control materials need a separate quote if not specified.
Example 1 POD with 100 simple shipments
Assume each order contains one pick, included in the $1.95 pack rate, and qualifies for the $14 FedEx envelope rate. This example assumes no separately billed labels, inserts, assembly or extra materials; those services are not established as pack-rate inclusions.
Per order: $1.95 pack + $14.00 postage + $1.49 parcel insurance = $17.44. For 100 identical orders, the selected-line subtotal is $1,744.
The listed POD storage and bin charges are $0. Receiving or technical work, if applicable, is additional. Keep the $1,500 refundable security deposit separate from this operating-cost subtotal.
Example 2 Held inventory with 500 shipments
Assume two vials per order: the first pick is included in the pack rate, and the second costs $0.60. Add one label on each vial, one insert, one bubble-wrap charge and billable box assembly. Use an approved free FedEx-branded small box.
Per order: $1.95 pack + $0.60 extra pick + $0.50 assembly + $0.25 insert + $1.00 bubble wrap + $2.00 vial labels + $19.08 postage + $1.49 insurance = $26.87.
For 500 identical orders: $13,435 in those variable charges + $350 monthly storage = $13,785, or $27.57 per order after allocating storage. Do not add the $1.25 generic-box fee to this example’s free FedEx box.
The $149 one-time bin charge, receiving labor and applicable configuration or custom work remain additional. The refundable deposit is separate, not a monthly expense.
Security deposit and billing
The $1,500 fulfillment security deposit is not a nonrefundable setup fee or automatic first-invoice credit. At termination or expiration, Rapid may apply it to amounts properly due, including invoices and inventory-removal costs. The unused balance is refunded after final account reconciliation.
Invoices are issued weekly and due within 72 hours. Initial setup funding is by ACH or wire. Ongoing credit-card invoice arrangements carry a 3% processing fee. Budget for any chargeable technical configuration separately from the deposit; the three-hour limit applies to the configuration line, not every custom technical service.
Buyer questions about peptide fulfillment costs
Is there an order or spending minimum
The October agreement states no minimum monthly order volume, minimum monthly spend or daily average sales requirement. Applicable storage and other service charges still remain due.
Can parcel insurance be declined
Yes, through the separate signed parcel opt-out accepted by Rapid with a confirmed effective date. Until then, the default arrangement applies to eligible shipments. The $1.49 charge provides up to $300 per covered shipment, subject to policy terms, eligibility, exclusions and claim requirements. Payout is not guaranteed.
Are returns included
Research-peptide returns processing, inspection, restocking and resale are not included. Any exception needs a separate written agreement. The merchant handles customer refunds and replacements, supplies an approved return destination and pays carrier return-to-sender or undeliverable-package charges. A P.O. box is optional.
Does fulfillment pricing include the peptides
No product-purchase price is established by this fulfillment rate card. Keep supplier purchases and any separately agreed supplier deposit apart from Rapid’s logistics charges and security deposit.
What information produces a useful quote
Provide your account model, SKU count, monthly orders, items per order, product handling requirements, destinations, package dimensions and weight, labels and inserts, inventory-receiving pattern and ecommerce platform. Ask for a sample invoice using that actual order profile.
