TikTok Shop fulfillment cost is a stack of services, not one pick fee. Separate receiving, storage, picking, packing, materials, parcel transport, returns, software, and additional work. Ask what is included, what is measured separately, and when minimums apply.
A quote should identify its units: per carton, pallet, bin, SKU, item, order, hour, or shipment. Two proposals that both say “storage” may use different measurement periods or include different space allowances.

The variable subtotal is $9,000. Adding the monthly services produces $9,700, or $9.70 per shipped order. Product cost, marketplace charges, advertising, returns, taxes, and surcharges are excluded. Replace every assumption with your written quote.

Fees often missed in quotes
Small charges matter when they occur frequently. Look for special receiving, barcode application, oversized storage, multi-item picking, kitting, inserts, address correction, return inspection, disposal, and postage adjustments. Identify whether they are recurring, occasional, or avoidable through preparation.
Also ask what happens in a quiet month. A minimum can change effective cost even if every unit fee stays the same. Model a base month, a low-volume month, and a promotion peak using the same cost categories.

A quote request checklist
Send the provider a representative order file with customer details removed, SKU counts, packed weights and dimensions, destination mix, inventory volume, and expected peaks. Include glass, liquids, kits, or other handling requirements.
Request a written scope showing the supported TikTok shipping workflow, cutoffs, carrier collection, onboarding tasks, and who pays for exception work. Compare the service you can actually use; do not import another product program’s fees into your TikTok quote.
